A Nation Divided by Turmoil: Biden's Victory is America's Failure

Another long-winded, incoherent speech fraught with inaccuracies and false accusations.  As the polls have closed and ballots are meticulously being counted across key states, many deign to criminalize Trump for his boisterous proclamations and unorthodox leadership. However, the truth of the matter may be far more sinister than you care to imagine...Biden asserts that he and his party maintain the moral high ground in this tumultuous race for presidency. But do they really? In fact, the vast majority of Southern Democrats vehemently opposed a ban on slavery while the Republican party sought to win their freedom. Indeed, it may appear that times have changed... unless you bother to read the many defamatory statements made throughout Biden's long and storied political career -- statements targeting both women and African Americans. Although to be safe, let's assume his bigotry extended far beyond that which we've covered. So as it now seems more certain than ever that we'

Johnny Depp Recounts the Events Surrounding One of His More Interesting Lawsuits...

You'll find the distinction necessary, as he's currently embroiled in multiple legal battles. The topic of the day, however, focuses on a particular spat with his ex-wife, Amber Heard.

According to Mr. Depp's account of the incident, an argument broke out over post-nuptial agreements which then led to a physical altercation. It was at this point that his former lover threw an empty vodka bottle at the celebrated actor, causing the left part of a prized finger he affectionately refers to as "Little Richard" to sever and gush like "Vesuvius."

“I was trying to get the finger back, you know,” he said in the video, with a smile. “And then deal with the insanity of having had my finger chopped off by this woman that I was married to.” (Apparently, an audio recording exists of dialogue between medical staff as they searched for the severed appendage. This media was leaked to Daily Mail on Tuesday).

Of course, as with most stories, there's another side which deserves to be heard -- that of his ex-wife. Ms. Heard's account differs wildly, as she claims the unfortunate event was born from an argument over her former co-star, Billy Bob Thornton. Shortly afterwards vicious words were exchanged before Depp began smashing a hard plastic phone against the wall repeatedly. Soon, nothing was left of it but shattered remains and the grim portrait of bloody writings on the wall: "Billy Bob," and "Easy Amber." Sadly, this is one point which both sides have attested to.

It's easy to see what caused the initial attraction to his former lover, but beauty is rarely more than skin-deep. Are her claims to be believed? It's difficult to discern who the true victim is...

Visiting the link above, you might also have noticed that a blurred photo exists of the severed finger. Not for the faint of heart, I'll forego posting it here. Suffice it to say, there are far easier ways to deal with our problems than tossing glass bottles or smashing phones. I pray you needn't ever learn this lesson the hard way.

For those interested in reading more of the technical details surrounding the ongoing investigation, you might find the information you seek by clicking the link above. For me, there's more than enough insanity contained within the few details which have already been agreed upon. We all know Mr. Depp has a penchant for purchasing large amounts of expensive wine, but what other chemicals might have been involved that night if Amber's story is to be believed?

I'd rather not speculate about such matters, and I'm not taking sides, but it's rather interesting how much pain and sadness affects the haves and the have nots in equal measure.

What's your opinion about the ongoing lawsuit? Would you tend to side with Mr. Depp or Ms. Heard? If so, why? I assume this is a divisive topic.
